The Board of Selectmen shall publish in a newspaper of general
circulation, the Town Website, and on the Deerfield Cable Access Channel
a notice stating a) the times and places where copies of the capital
improvements program are available for inspection; and b) the date,
time, and place, not less than seven days following such publication,
when the Board of Selectmen and Committee shall conduct a public hearing
on said program. After said public hearing, the Board of Selectmen
shall submit its approved Capital Budget to the Annual or Special
Town Meeting for adoption by the Town. The Committee's report
as amended by the Selectmen shall be published and made available
in a manner consistent with the distribution of the Finance Committee
report. The Committee shall deposit its original report and any amendments
with the Town Clerk.
